The hotel had a horrible damp, mold smell in the rooms, making it uncomfortable and lacking privacy. The noise levels were so high that it was impossible to relax. On the positive side, the service was courteous, and the location was fine, situated in a quiet part of Sanur with easy access to most facilities.
My stay at the hotel was truly delightful. The rooms were spacious, clean, and had a touch of Balinese charm that I loved. The huge comfortable bed made my rest very pleasant. However, the style might be considered a bit old-fashioned by some, but for me, it added to the overall coziness. The service was exceptional, with staff picking up fallen frangipani flowers and always engaging with the guests. The location was excellent, close to various dining options and attractions, although a few more beach/pool umbrellas and towels would have been ideal. The dining experience offered decent choices, although I wished there were more breakfast options. The facilities were top-notch, especially the pool area which I found relaxing and well-maintained.
